The Poly-ALLTM process starts with hemicellulose-rich (C5 sugar) sources of biomass, such as hardwood chips, corn stover, or sugar cane bagasse, then systematically extracts and purifies the sugars. Our technology then transforms these sugars into sugar alcohols (alditols) and bio-glycols using our hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis technology.
